Seems to work as advertised in the 1+ years I've been using this. A few years ago I had thinning hair on my left side which appears to have stabilized (although I still feel like the hair on my right side is fuller). My wife used this shampoo for a few months and she had more pronounced general hair loss prior to using the shampoo, she claims it has stopped her hair loss but she has stopped using it because it dries out her hair. I would agree that it tends to dry our your hair but it still use it daily.
