Upon purchasing this for my very small 5 year old, the order confirmation page said I wouldn't receive the item until well after my daughter's birthday. I wrote to ask if it were possible for them to send it sooner. They wrote back the same day saying they would try, and if I didn't receive it in time, they'd issue a full refund. well, low and behold, it came two weeks before expected, and my daughter is THRILLED! This isn't your typical, mainstream wig. It's made from something much softer, great quality, and fits me, but my daughter as well. Like I stated in the beginning, my daughter is very small for her age, and it still works! I would totally buy from this seller again.
